Skim Standard Cuts

  • Combined tracking confidence level (FOM) must be >= 5.73303 × 107 (+/- 5σ)
  • Combined PID confidence level (FOM) must be >= 5.73303 × 107 (+/- 5σ)
  • VERY loose cuts around invariant/missing mass peaks (keep enough data around peak to do sideband subtraction)

Proposed Exclusive Skims

  • Note: "MM" is short for missing mass, "MMS" for missing mass squared, and "IM" for invariant mass
