1. Return "borrowed" SiPMs to Jlab (Regina, USM, and everyone else) Regina is shipping today, USM is shipping shortly, Athens is returning theirs along with Fcal boards
2. Check on status of non-conforming SiPMs (Elton) Hamamatsu has completed their evaluation. Confirm 2 bad. Have agreed to replace all three.
3. Check on radiation hardness of glue (Elton) Based on a conversation with Carl Zorn we do not expect radiation in Hall D should not be an issue for the glue
