Overview
This is a special one-topic meeting with the goal of understanding event size given the recent simulation results on occupancy, especially in the FDC.
While writing up the document on DAQ design goals I started with 4 kB, as mentioned in the Hall D design document. A number of us quickly realized this is likely to be incorrect given recent simulation results. Thus the goal of this meeting is to:
- Understand what we know and do not know about event size, occupancies, etc.
- Devise a plan to learn what we need to learn
