      • File:Readout001 Analytics.pdf Report indicates propylene glycol is the main component in the liquid, which is the additive in the anti-freeze coolant we were using. The liquid was found on the #1 modules used for testing of modules after gluing light guides.

    • Documentation for the controls for Fcal on DocdB.
    • Switches are being currently installed .
    • Electrical work is ongoing with clean power expected within a week
    • As soon as connected, will check interaction of control circuits with PLC
  4. FCAL
    1. Plexiglass monitoring panels arrived
      • Two of the four panels were not machined correctly. Replacement panels were shipped from Eljen and arrived last Friday.
      • John and Dan checked dimensions and sanded circular area to match the Athens test piece
      • They have been transported down to the hall. The non-conforming panels will be shipped back to Eljen.
      • The LED boards will be secured to the panels once the panels are in place. They will be equally spaced except to avoid the support brackets.
      • The plan is to attach the boards to the panels using UV curing glue.
    2. FCAL Calibration
      • Nice summary of the expected calibration procedure by Matt
      • Sean had several questions and comments
      • Sean: Should we use the gain as an indicator of dead channels? Elton: Should have an additional quality factor for each channel
      • Sean: How is the type (color) of LED recorded in the data? We need to make sure this gets into the data stream.
      • Sean: Considerations for alignment and geometrical locations? John: Sparse survey of about 15 pts determining z of the blocks (no x-y information), put blocks within 500 microns of the beamline, indicating that the detector face has little tilt if any.
      • Sean: Effort to implement calibration framework? Matt: It will take some time to integrate Claire Tarbert's work the current framework.
      • David: How do you check for swapped cables? John/Matt: LEDs can be lit up according to specific geometric patters and check the ribbon cable connections.\
      • Dan: How are the hardware adjustments related to these constants? The hardware should be kept rather constant over large periods after initial settings and variations compensated using software constants.
