Online Design Goals

Below I list the basic parameters of the Hall D DAQ/Online/Control system. These specify the required performance of the Hall D online systems, and all groups working on this project (H-D, JLab DAQ group, JLab Electronics group, etc) must design to them.
The JLab DAQ group will develop a similar document, then the two will be reconciled and dates, performance milestones, etc. will be added. We will repeat this effot with other JLab groups as needed.
