TD#6(slot 8) is assigned to BCAL south
TD#5(slot 7) is assigned to BCAL north
TD#4(slot 6); TD#3(slot 5); TD#2(slot 4) are assigned to CDC and FDC
TD#1(slot 3) is assigned to PS, ST, and TAGGER
TD#1(slot 3) is assigned to PS, ST, and TAGGER
