Estimate rates and ranges of parameters needed for the photon beam tuning (Todd for accelerator; Eugene, Alexandre for Hall D)

- Accelerator Schedule: Weekend: beam to dumplet, Monday morning: lock up Hall D/tagger, evening tune beam to dump, Tuesday: CW to tagger dump, Wed morning: insert radiator
ARR3 Recommendations
- All recommendations complete and request for operation has been sent to Patrizia
- Final documentation on the completion of items needed for Javier.
- RadCon will tag the completed shielding in the tagger area with a plaque. The completion will be confirmed to Eugene
- Fanning has sent a confirmation of all safety items checked during the walkthrough last Thursday
Accelerator and Hall D Interface Document - update
Update on Photon Commissioning (Alexandre)
- small changes to the plan are being implemented including the last links
- Tentative proposal to start shifts: standby shifts on Tue evening/night, start regular shifts on Wed day shift
- Need to take baseline rates of profile monitor before commissioning starts. Hovanes will do this.
- Eugene: Need checklists before starting various plans. Alexandre: There are checklists for the electron beam and photon beam separately
