Proposed automated single-track diagnostics

I propose adding twice-weekly single-particle reconstruction to the cron jobs that already do the b1pi analysis. I have created scripts to generate proton and pion events (10 processes each running in parallel), run hd_root and an analysis macro, and then generate a web page with the results.
