RC summary, Feb. 21st -Feb. 27th 2019

This period was mostly devoted to the start of the Primex program, with time devoted to several dedicated studies. At the start of my tenure as Run Coordinator, we dedicated two shifts to some dedicated tests for the CPP experiment, in which movable lead shielding was installed in front of the TOF. These tests were completed successfully, and the setup was reconfigured the next morning for the Primex experiment. After that, Friday through Sunday was dedicated to calibration runs, including several CCAL snake scans, longer runs to study non-linear effects, and an empty target run. On Monday, the solid Beryllium target was installed and Compton production began by the owl shift. This continued, except for a break on Tuesday for beam studies, through the rest of my tenure. Work continued on improving the reconstruction and calibration for Primex running, and an initial Compton signal was seen by Wednesday. One other notable even is that on the Wednesday when I started as Run Coordinator, Beni identified the problem with the TOF RF signal, which was reporting uncorrelated times. It turned out that the main input cable was unplugged, and the signals were coming from an active unlocked phase lock circuit.
