  1. Accelerator Status
    • Good running over the weekend, 42 hours from 8 shifts.
    • No scheduled accelerator interruption until Wednesday.
  2. Hall-D/GlueX items
    • PARA/PERP Luminosity difference
      • PARA 160 nA, 29 kHz (overnight)
      • PERP 200 nA, 24 kHz (overnight)
    • Goniometer/collimator stage issues
    • Occupancy Plots
    • Run Statistics

Friday, April 15

  1. Accelerator Status
    • Beam went down at 8am Tuesday for beam studies. Expected back at noon.
    • ion chambers calibrated .... maybe
    • Running with 5th-pass separator
    • Hall-B becomes priority 15:00 Friday

    • NO PARKING ON SOUTH OR NORTH SIDE OF ROAD
    • Latest scans: 5C11,5C11B , Hall-D
    • Collimator Motor not responding

    • Latest scans: 5C11,5C11B , no Hall-D harp scan
    • High Luminosity Test

      • 200nA, 250nA, 300nA, 350nA, 400nA (runs 11359-11363)
      • CDC inner ring HV current limit raised from 12uA to 16uA (restored after)

    • Beam went down at 7am Tuesday for SL work followed by 5th pass separator test. It was gone until~2am.
    • Ion chambers not reporting since 3/27
    • Hall-A getting 5-pass beam
    • Beam studies starting ~8am Thursday
    • Hall-B becomes priority 15:00 Friday

    • Accelerator will investigate going back to 5th pass separation. If possible, Hall-A will use 5 pass beam. If not, they will use 4 pass.
    • Beam expected back late during swing shift or early owl
