Past 24 hours:
- Beam orbit locks off to allow Hall C current increase
- Unstable beam, lots of tuning to get high current for Hall A/C. 25 trips/hr average and will work to improve when they identify a path forward.
- Compton Production:
  - 2.86 billion triggers with Be (Runs 61321-61344)
  - 0.24 billion triggers with previous no target (Runs 61308-61311)
- Occupancy plots - Sasha
- Compton plot run 61322 - Drew
- Energy monitoring - Alexandre
Today (Thursday):
- Remove Be foil @ 8 AM, but leave cylindrical holding tube. Lockup hall at ~1 pm
- Production running with no target until 6 am Friday morning
Friday plan:
- LHe target installation:
  - Hall open at 6 am for bleeding up beamline

Past 24 hours:
- Be target removed Thursday morning
- Examination of material in beamline
- Shift in CompCal acceptance along +x
  - FCAL survey from 2015 shows it is shifted in +x direction by 0.53 cm, which matches the shift in CompCal acceptance
Compton production statistics: summary run list
- 0.24 billion triggers with no target (Runs 61308-61311)
- 2.86 billion triggers with Be (Runs 61321-61344)
- 0.42 billion triggers with empty target holder cylinder (Runs 61345-61354)
- Summary: Empty target is ~25% of statistics for Be target running
Today's plan:
- LHe target installation (ongoing):
  - Hall opened at 6 am for bleeding up beamline and target removal
  - Target installation ongoing and S&A to fiducialize and align target around 10 am
  - Other work in the Hall:
    - Start counter installation status: cabled and signals checked? who?
    - Others?
- Empty (evacuated) LHe cell running overnight
LHe target cooldown and filling schedule?
- Chris expects ~10-12 hours required for cooldown. He would like to be here during the initial fill.
- Possible plan: Run warm empty target for few shifts, start cooldown over the weekend and fill on Sunday/Monday?
Plans for next week:
- Beam studies on Monday:
  - Parity studies in Hall A from 8:30-12
  - Todd will work on improving Hall D optics and convergence from 12-4
- RF recovery on Tuesday: expected but don't know duration yet

Past 72 hours:
- LHe target installation and followup with leak detector
- Accelerator vacuum issue
- Observations with FCAL channels: Suspicious channel in the inner FCAL ring and status from Be running
Production statistics: summary run list
- 0.86 billion triggers with empty LHe target (61357-61375 (still ongoing))
Data monitoring and analysis:
- Added CCAL_online plugin to RootSpy
- Empty LHe target runs in PlotBrowser: Any issues observed for other detectors?

- LHe target vacuum investigation

- Beam studies complete around noon, back to production if target ready.

- RF recovery expected but don't know duration yet
- Access for other work in Hall? Probably depends on what is found Monday with target.

Past 24 hours:
- LHe target vacuum investigation and filling LHe target
- FCAL base replacement
- Accelerator has continuing RF issues maintaining gradient for this beam energy, therefore the energy will be lowered to 11.2 GeV for the remainder of the run.
  - Beam could be delivered to Hall D by Thursday day shift at the earliest, but Thursday swing shift more likely.
  - Propose to cancel shifts through Thursday owl, and put Thursday day on standby.

- 0.45 billion triggers with filled LHe target (61378-61391)
