1. Notes from the past 24 hours:
   • Investigations of SSP problem
     • 40 min access for SSP issue. Sergei also looked at TOF RF problem, and Lubomir worked on TRD.
     • Some success in identifying issue and partly fixing it
     • Only one instance of lifetime dropping to zero after the fix
   • DIRC data taking.
2. Issues
   • Beam stirring issue. MCC cannot deliver more than 65 nA.
     • Only ran on amo since last evening.
   • SSP problem
   • [1], [2] Target control problem. Target alarms were not enabled.
   • TOF RF status?
   • Beam convergence
   • Beam current can drift by have been drifting by up to 15 MeV the last 24h
3. Today's plan (changed this morning at the 8:00am MCC meeting)
   • Beam scheduled for all day: DIRC commissioning+Thr. scan (LED&dark runs done) + data taking overnight.
   • MCC white board

Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 08:45

1. Notes from the past 24 hours:
   • Beam off from 8am-3:24pm due to high beam current push for Hall C and then RF recovery. After than some bean during swing shift and good beam during owl.
     • We did an access while beam was off:
       • Acess for DIRC
       • Beni Adjusted CDC gas flow.
   • PS thr. scan finalized.
   • DIRC production data taking over night
2. Issues
   • Current limited at 150 nA(diamond)/50nA(amo) due to DAQ problem below.
   • [3], [4] ,[5] DAQ lifetime dropped to zero many times (I counted 8).
   • TOF RF status?
   • Beam energy can drift by 10+ MeV. Do we care?
3. Today's plan (changed this morning at the 8:00am MCC meeting)
   • Beam scheduled for all day: DIRC commissioning+Thr. scan+LED&dark runs+data taking overnight.

Monday, Feb. 11 at 08:45

1. Notes from the past 72 hours:
   • Beam restoration, system checkout and start of DIRC commissioning going well.
   • Issues
     • Harp at 5C11, Harp at 5C11b, Hall D harp+ fit, Coherent peak as of this morning Beam convergences probably bad. Do we want to address this?
     • [6], [7] DAQ lifetime sometimes drops]
     • TOF RF status?
2. DIRC Commissioning with beam over weekend:
   • First online monitoring plots
   • First comparison of time/angle correlations of hits (with data/MC comparison)
   • Hit patterns comparison (data/MC comparison)
3. Today's plan (changed this morning at the 8:00am MCC meeting)
   • 8am-9:30am: High beam current push for Hall C. At best, low quality beam, very trippy. We maintain the planned access for Hall D
   • 9:30am-??12:30pm-2:30pm?? RF recovery: No beam
   • After RF recovery: spin dance for Hall B.
     • Minimally invasive: 2 or 3 instances of 20 min beam off for spin angle rotation at the source. Beam available in between.
     • Restart DIRC commissioning.
