July 27th-Aug. 3rd
- Beni ramped up the solenoid on Aug. 1st. However, due to a problem with the PXI readout, it was ramped down. The solenoid was ramp-up again (Aug. 2nd) to its nominal 1350A, this time without problem.
- Target was cooled (C. Keith) and latter filled without problem (Aug. 1st)
- Shift Started on Aug. 1st, 8am.
August 1st-2nd : investigating and attempting to fix a problem with the front-end of the TagM. Required several accesses to tagger.
- CW beam arrived around 3am on Aug. 2nd, followed by beam quality checks.
- Radiation levels are good.
- Beam convergence is good
- Beam position optimized (?), however transmission doesn't appear to be optimal
