   • re-tune the beam focus was very unsuccessful looking at enhancement.

   • according to Todd beam is out of spec considerably in halld beam line.

3. Weekly Beam forecast: CEBAF-WhiteBoard
   • Beam studies Monday, HallC 4hour access
   • RF recovery Tuesday, HallC aerogel installation
   • Wednesday 7am(?) to Thursday midnight Hall-A beam tune. No beam or only parasitic other halls.
     • take advantage of down for installation?
