1. Notes from the previous 24 hours:
   • *There is NO RF recovery time scheduled for today (Tues) - cancelled ~3.30pm Mon *
   • Day + part of swing shift: Mike McCaughan & Todd retuned Hall D beamline. Beam profile looks way better and rates are back to normal. am pm
   • Swing Richard gathered TAGM threshold scan data. Still needs to calculate & then set new thresholds.
   • Owl production 3 hopefully good production runs at 450nA (to match daq rate). New amo reference. Beam position started wobbling after 5am but not too bad.
2. CEBAF:

   • Microscope occupancy is off - should be fixed when Richard has loaded new thresholds
4. Issues:
   • Diamond rates are falling (Alexandre)
   • Beam energy monitoring (Alexandre)
   • Could use a logbook post on hdmongui counting respawnings
   • Could also use a list of cell #s for shifters. Email to RC, keep on desk.

   • TAC run on Friday
     • Friday is good for Todd and Hall C (they will be off from 7am for 6-8h)
     • We will need access to install Pb converter, & then time to calibrate A.C. high gain setting (does this need to be done on Thurs?)
     • Radcon would like to swap a part in the overactive alarm while the hall is down, will take 5 mins, we need to phone the number on the alarm box to call them in (not the survey team)

1. Notes from the previous 72 hours:
   • Friday day + swing shifts MCC tuned Hall D beamline, improved convergence & reduced spot size
   • Friday late swing Hovanes aligned the diamond for 45/135
   • Saturday owl Collected 600M triggers of production data before one of the machine quads tripped at 5am. 3h down while it was replaced.
   • Saturday day Beam returned long enough for Richard to collect data for TagM thresholds; then a RF module died & was replaced. Beam restored at ~ 1pm. Richard set TagM thresholds. Amo run.
   • Saturday swing Collected 400M triggers para (0), 5M long mode para, 64M perp (90). 2h without beam as MCC found an issue with the ion chamber calibration, then another 2h for HC BLM trips.
     • Sasha says the PS coinc rate has gone from 3.5 kHz last spring with the thicker diamond to 5.4 kHz at 530nA. Overall trigger rate is now 60 kHz & the DAQ livetime is 96%. So our luminosity is ~ 1.5 x the spring rate.
   • Sunday owl No beam - injector problems
   • Sunday day MCC say the beam is not physics quality (energy spread is too wide), will work on this with the hope of restoring beam towards the end of the day shift (it returns at around noon, but not for long).
   • Sunday swing Beam returns but convergence is bad, MCC work to improve it. CBrems enhancement way off template, improved with new amo template.
   • Sunday owl Beam (mostly on) from 2h but daq rate is only 20 kHz!

1. Notes from the previous 24 hours:
   • Beam position erratic throughout the day & first half of swing day swing
   • Energy drift pathlength corrected
   • Sergey completed first set of DAQ tests
   • Stabilized mid-swing enough to attempt alignment but spot is huge 1.2 x 1.5mm
   • Aligned 0/90, still need to do 45/135
   • Collected 'production' data overnight, concerned about quality cobrems gui
   • Whiteboard camera improved
   • BOR records are back
2. CEBAF:
   • Expect 2h downtime from 9am for HA to go to 2 pass; MCC will work on our optics during that time

   • Update reference plots (CDC's new ref colz scale is off)

   • Beam
   • Network problems
   • Rootspy is often unable to find histos & make log entry, loses processes, need to start & stop monitoring w hdmongui.
     • Try start first. Open out the gui and count the # respawned processes, send info to David.
   • Plot browser fix in progress
