Saturday, September 18

    • AC Fixed at 9:30 am
      • Voltage cable was attached but not locked.
    • Hovanes completed the last step of beam check at 2pm
    • 2nA beam + bleedthrough to the Hall since then.
      • slit close, laser off.
      • Hall C at 70uA and constantly changing current between 50-70 uA

    • TAGM checkout to be completed (Richard)
    • Beryllium target installation
      • 6:30am, Beam.
      • 7:00am- 7:30am, radcon survey of beamline target area.
      • 7:30am- 8:00am, Survey & alignment setup
      • 8:00am-8:30am, removing components (Target & start counter)
      • 8:30am, Berylium target installaion by target group (with Imani's presents)
      • Total work duration: 14 hours
      • Currently planned for Monday.
    • A Possibility of maintenance day on Tuesday.
      • Should we shift target installation by 1 day?
      • Injector tune-up to help bleed through.


Monday, September 20

  1. Weekend operation:
    • Snake scan with CCAL check up:
      • Hall C on: Close slit, turning off laser. Hall C bleedthrough only
      • Hall C off: Open slit, 2nA beam.
      • PSC < 20, CCAL_total < 400k.

      • CCAL exposed to direct 100 uA beam for 4-5 mins, damage assessment?
    • Four hours Stable TAC run (TAC + CCAL): Run 80603
    • 1.5 hour stable TAC run (CCAL Only): Run 80693
