     • With PMT HVs, gains, and pedestals of run 73065
     • Then, we subtracted 6V to all PMT HV resulting in a reduction of roughly 5% on all gains
   • Sergey made a rapid access to the experimental hall to power cycle NIM crate

   • Sergey did a BCAL pedestal runs,

   • After entry to the experimental MCC struggle for almost one hour to send us beam
   • Sean time calibration pointed to tagm issues that Richard will address
