   1. Eugene: Fcal activity on calibration is scheduled to start next month. We need to formally address it. Elton suggested creating a more realistic timeline for its implementation. Will discuss with project management and Eugene offline.

   1. Readiness Review (Oct 7) will include a technical Readiness Review as well as a "vendor evaluation"
   2. Tentative schedule will be to arrive early on Wed, perhaps tour Ross machining in the afternoon and spend most of Wed at UofR.
   3. Itineraries are still open. Tentatively we are considering arriving noon on Wed and departing early on Thu.
   4. Elton to contact JLab QA and procurement to find out what is required for the vendor evaluation. Do they need to meet with Financial and/or Research Services?
   5. Need to outline a tentative agenda for the review
