Items for followup from previous meeting(s)

  1. Revisit raw data format for Flash-250 MHz following Flash-125 MHz discussion. (all)
  2. Upload documentation for interlocks and monitoring to Doc Db (Dan)
  3. Check that latest edits of TDR have been checked into svn (Zisis)

Tentative Agenda

  1. Announcements
  2. October Collaboration Meeting
  3. Action Items
  4. Monitoring
  5. FCAL
  6. BCAL
    • Moved BCAL into solenoid!
    • Photos Downstream View, Upstream View, Closeup Upstream View
    • Removed readout assemblies from both sides of six modules (33-37 and 41) for inspection
    • All electronics dry. No visible damage
    • Assemblies on the rail pads very tight. Need to remove inside plate on some in order to take them off. This should be standard procedure.
    • Downstream no visible anomalies.
    • Upstream, boundary between module 41 and 40 showed a thicker dark band at interface (about 1-2 fibers instead of 0.5-1), but did not appear to be due to insertion of the module. Seems consistent with Regina archival photo "End 2 Image".
    • Conclude: no damage found due to insertion of the BCAL into the solenoid.
  7. Reconstruction and Simulation
  8. TDR update
  9. Calibration of Calorimeters
  10. Any other business
