Description: For the last two weeks user has been feeding cable from a bundle to another person. After the first two days of this task, he developed decreased sensation on his right upper anterior leg in a distribution that corresponded to the area he was resting the approximately 20 pound cable bundles on.
Diagnosis: Probable mild neuropraxia (bruised nerve).
Treatment: Evaluated by Dr. Chandler. No medical treatment rendered.
Work Status: Returned to work with the following restriction: Must avoid resting heavy objects on the area of reduced sensation.
