Instructions for Joining the Conference Call
All members of the GlueX collaboration are welcome to join the biweekly conference call. The calls are organized by Yang Guangliang and occur approximately every two weeks. Instructions for joining the call are:
VRVS:
- Go to [1] and press Login. If this is the first time you have used vrvs, you will need to register first using the Register button in the left-hand column of the main page, and respond to the email confirmation request. When asked what community you belong to, you should respond "Universe."
- Watch that the application is able to initialize correctly without warnings. If so, you are ready to join the conference, otherwise you must resolve the problems with your desktop or network configuration before you can proceed. The VRVS site has ample help to assist with troubleshooting the problem.
