Abstract:

We report the testing of the latest sample of SiPMPlus-array from SensL that had incorporated several improvements in the fabrication and electronics. The testing was focused mostly on the time structure of the resulting pulse and the uniformity of the signal output scanned by a BCF-20 SciFi as the scintillation source excited by a picosecond UV laser.
