20 minute talk for Hadron 2019 in Guilin, China. Corrections were made after Fri, Aug 9 practice talk. Later replaced M(eta pi+ pi-) plot. And a few wording changes. Planning to change wording on next SDME talk to say SCHC is a good first approximation, but the discrepancies are O(0.1) so need good statistics and systematic control to be measured well.
