| Summary | 0000393: janadot broken by fix for bug 362 | ||||||||
| Description | The "fix" for mantis bug 362 that was checked in as svn revision 1437 broke janadot. Changing it back so that the "type" field is passed by reference to JEventLoop::GetFromFactory() does not seem to cause problems with the unit tests, but the problem may still be there for the original problem case of using the DAQ and TTab plugins. Further testing is needed and if the problem persists, then it needs to be changed to pass by pointer so a default value of "NULL" can be used. | ||||||||

This looks to have a solution in the DAQ plugin that doesn't require the changes originally suggested. We've been running a while now with JANA 0.7.1p3 without trouble and the translation table code doesn't seem all that offensive anymore. Closing this issue. |
