1. Announcements:
   • Fall 2019 run delayed: expected to start DIRC commissioning November 25
2. Installation work:
   • South OB Mirror replacement update
     • All mirrors removed from strongback, preparing for anodizing (Bill, Mark, All)
       • Possibility to modify one strongback piece for to allow for LED diffuser (Bill, Stephanie)
     • Mirror studies and water tests (Bill, All) Surface voltage test losing coating latest update summary table
     • "Sandwich" (rear surface) mirror option to protect reflective surface (current priority for testing)
       • Reflectivity measurements and plans for further samples (Bill, All)
       • Simulation of nominal first surface mirror (black) and sandwich mirror with 1mm glass on top of reflective surface (blue). Single photon resolution not degraded by adding thin glass on top of reflective surface: 8.16 +/- 0.01 mrad for nominal and 8.06 +/- 0.01 mead for 1mm glass sandwich.
