CPP Calibration Studies

Things to do to prepare calibration codes for the CPP/NPP Experiments.
- Update HLDetectorTiming to work without the Start Counter and check to make sure the timing alignment works (Sean) - mostly done
- Forward detector/tagger is fine.
- Need to check CDC and BCAL
- Can we have a sample of bggen events simulated at the CPP target?
- Check that CDC calibration codes accept a good sample of events for calibrations (Naomi)
- CDC_amp in particular looks in a particular theta region
- Should we check that the BCAL calibration procedures work correctly ahead of time?
