Up one level to: Beam Test Hardware

The drive system is being assembled. Electronics to control stepper motors is housed in CAMAC crate on the bottom shelf of the cart. (August 8)
The slow control computer is visible on the middle shelf of the cart. (August 8)
The carriage that will hold the BCAL module. Each individual platform is adjustable. (August 8)

The safety cage around the drive system chains and gearbox. The visible belt is a low tension belt hooked to the absolute position encoder.
Casters were modified so they can be locked in position. This reduces friction associated with swiveling the caster.
The leg of the cart gets some final tailoring!
An adjustable-height "A" shaped leg was addied to reduce torsion.
Trading leverage for clearance.
