Lehman Review Committee Visit

the visit is scheduled for 1pm -2pm Wed 29-Sep
currently there are five visitors on Sherry's list, there may be more
Tom will have the area ready for visitors by Mon afternoon 27-Sep
they will either walk or ride to the Test Lab, not sure yet
Tom and I will meet them near the rollup door to the high bay
Tom or I will give them a very short safety briefing
PPE is not required to visit the coil test area
the Test Lab is an industrial building, so there are trip hazards all over the place
Tom will eliminate trip hazards in our area as best he can
our area is designated ODH 0, which I think means that visitors are allowed if they are chaperoned
they will be asked not to wander away from the areas we take them to
they will be asked to be careful where they put their hands, heads, feet, and any other valuable body part

then:

I (or Eugene? or Elton?) will lead them to the coil test apparatus and give them a brief introduction as to what

they are looking at, how it works, a little history, etc. I'm thinking 5 min or less.

after the intro they can ask questions, break off to talk with particular experts, whatever. I assume Eugene,

Elton, George, and Tim (Josh B, too?) will be there to answer questions.
