- Collaboration Meeting: Feb 17-19. DIRC update talk by Bill planned for Wed afternoon.
- TIPP Conference: abstracts due Feb 7 (Sunday)
Mirror prototype test plan (All)
- Discussion of prototypes and ongoing tests (Bill, All)
  - Half-size prototype: test began on Dec 22, inspections Jan 19 and Feb 1 show air gap is maintained over 6 weeks
  - Full-size 3-segment mirror prototypes: test began on Jan 22 with weekly inspections: most recent Feb 1 looks great
  - Top/bottom mirror prototype: plan to begin water test on Monday
- North mirror box un-installed and inspected: (All)
  - Inspection of mirrors with dye test: one of 3-component mirrors remained air tight.
  - Removing all mirrors and plan to re-anodize strongback at local shop
- Next steps in mirror process: (Justin)
  - Final modifications to mirror sizes (Justin), then order borofloat (several weeks lead time for previous order)
  - Production mirror assembly planned for clean hood and water tested in Hall D
