  1. Announcements
    • These Bcal readout meetings will fade into the sunset soon. We need to consider when that will be. (Will suggested a party)
  2. Review of Action Items
  3. Monitoring (Christina)
    • Daily contact with Zisis on draft of Monitoring NIM article
    • Updates include feedback from George, Stratosk, Kappos. Christina has started to look at the second draft. Elton promised to give some feedback by the end of the week.
    • Bcal section is in fairly good shape. Fcal section needs more work. Zisis would like to complete iterations within the calorimeter group and send a draft to the collaboration by July 22.
    • Elton: Of the 56 broken LED boards, 43 have been fixed by replacing the LEDs. The remainder have busted solder pads, which could be fixed with difficulty. However, Elton thinks we now have sufficient boards, but will double-check.
  4. Status of testing at Regina
    • Testing of SiPMs continues. Goal is to measure IV and PDE as a function of temperature. Using #10 preproduction unit
    • Working through issues due to condensation. Need more time to check results.
  5. Update from JLab
    • Four modules left. One module will be completed today. For the remaining three modules we lack complete sets of light guides.
    • Elton sent a 'final' list of 24 non-conforming guides to USM for replacement.
    • Laura and Tegan helped out considerably on the gluing process while they were here, but have now returned to Regina
    • Zach and Shaun flew in yesterday and are in the process of getting their badging today.
    • They will be working with the Fcal group with cabling starting in a couple of days.
    • They will also continue the transmission measurements with George, starting with #47 today.
  6. Update from USM
    • Light guides are ready to be shipped with 65 replacement light guides
    • Production is starting on the two extra sets and the new list of 24 non-conforming guides recently identified by JLab. The replacement of the 24 guides should take precedent over the extra two sets.
    • The previous return shipment from JLab is still in customs. It was signed for at the university, but the box has remained in customs.
    • JLab will wait for the word from Alison before returning the 24 non-conforming light guides. It should have Alison's name on it
    • Elton: Inquired about the status on the NIM article on SiPMs. Serguei, Orland and Hayk are working on the draft, but it has not been circulated widely.
  7. Beam Tests, Cosmics
    • Andrei, Elton and Shaun will meet on Friday to review his latest analysis and decide on how to proceed.
  8. Reconstruction and simulation
