  1. REST launch
    1. Calibration

      1. Plan to replace bases next month
      2. One ana gate went bad, suspicious behavior on another. May need to order more (decide in next week)
      3. Desire to leave FCAL off until 1 month before next running.
    2. BCAL
      1. Charged Track clustering - Will has started thought but launch has higher priority.
      2. Point time algorithm (George) - Will use charged and neutral particles to determine correction parameters for point objects
      3. BCAL Time (TDC) Calibration] (Andrei & Irina) - Initial results are in the ballpark of expected results. Time-walk is largely corrected.
      4. Neutron timing and efficiency (Maria) - Neutrons from MC show a long tail when corrected for time of flight.
