SCAN with geometry of May 2011

The following plots show radiation length scans with a geantino particle from the target center toward the downstream end of the detector for the following polar angles: 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.3, 10.5 10.7 and 10.9 degree. The geometry used for this scan is the current geometry as of May 25th 2011. These plots are meant for future reference on material in region of the downstream end of the BCAL.

Geantino rad scan at 9.5 deg polar angle from target center
Geantino rad scan at 9.8 deg polar angle from target center
Geantino rad scan at 10.0 deg polar angle from target center
Geantino rad scan at 10.3 deg polar angle from target center

SCAN with New readout geometry June 2011

The new readout geometry simulates the light guides with the cooling system for the SiPMs. The scans are done from the center of the target with polar angles from 9.1 degree up to 11.1 degree in steps of 0.2 degree.
