Richard's note on RadPhi cables

The colors of the cables are not a very useful indicator to me. The best I can give you without being down there is a total channel count that you can apply as a "sum rule" to your inventory.

Radphi device
channel count
initial delay
secondary delay
lead glass wall (LGD)
620
250 ns
N/A
barrel scintillators (BSD)
48
80 ns
170 ns
forward scintillators (CPV)
30
80 ns
170 ns
barrel gamma counters (BGV)
48
250 ns
N/A
upstream scintillators (UPV)
6
80 ns
170 ns

The initial delay came off the base (lemo for LGD, bnc for all others) and ended at the racks. The long ones are mostly S-coiled in the cable trays, the others are one-length in the same cable tray. At the racks end the 80 ns cables go into splitters -- don't recall for sure but I think those were bnc connectors The long ones ended with lemo connectors at the racks that fed into the fastbus adc. The 170 ns cables delay the analog side of the split signals to feed into the adc. The other side of the split went into a discriminator and then out on twisted ribbon straight into the tdc. Those ones did not need a long delay because the tdc operated in common-stop.
