I am happy to report we had a fantastic running week for the DIRC commissioning. By the end of the Thursday OWL shift, we would have completed 95% of the commissioning objective. Only two HV scans left on the a agenda. In total we have collected more than 6B triggers on the DIRC commissioning configurations and the Gem/TRD-DIRC test collected 18M triggers (6M per each location), these valuable data have demonstrated the detectors performance met our expectation and already generated some important findings such as the tracking extrapolation mismatch onto the DIRC plane, etc. Some important tests was also completed (or partial completed) during last week, including CPP ToF test, High intensity/current test (trigger and DAQ), etc.

We ran close to 100 hours of beam, and beam on target was 60 hours. We lost 8 hours of beam due to standard configuration change, detector reset and DAQ crashes. There is no major pending issues from the hardware side, however, the data corruption issue created by the newest FADC firmware deserve special attention from the experts.
