Run Coordinator report: Summer 2020 w4

Hall D Run Coordinator Report for week 4, August 20-26, 2020.

During this week the Hall and accelerator ran well and we achieved 57% CW beam on target and 54% ABU with the time mostly used for production. We lost more than 5 hours due to moving the radiator and starting and stopping runs. As systematic studies we did a cycle of low current running and a TAC run. We also did a scan of the active collimator bias voltage to choose a new running configuration. The new configuration has lead to a better behaved device with little need for position offset and agreement between positions from the inner and outer wedges.
