Monday, February 24

      • 6hr accelerator downtime Saturday afternoon due to an IOC problem that led to a series of issues [4]
      • New BCAL pedestals
      • Quick access to reboot FCAL pdu
      • MCC increased ion chamber trip level by 3-5%. Seems to have been successful in reducing trips
    • Surpassed 100B triggers

    • Access during accelerator maintenance (8:30-"12:30". Actual recovery happened at 18:00):
      • Colin turned on PDU for FCAL.
      • Scott and Mark reset Chimney 4 cold cathode gauge.
      • Sergei installed new radiators for the TRD.
      • Raw mode runs taken (RAW_ALL_NOSPARS or RAW_ALL_NOSPARS_NEW)

    • No beam nor access 9am-12pm today due to MCC safety meeting. SSO will be manned but only for emergency:
      • From Director of Operations C. Ginsburg: "Most of accelerator division will be in meetings during that time. No accelerator work will be allowed: no beam, no accesses, no repairs, no work in the test lab, etc. We will have one SSO on shift and one crew chief on-call. Experimenters shall not have accesses. In case of human emergency, please call 911 as usual. In case of equipment emergency (fire, helium plume, etc.), please call the SSO and we will address the problem as appropriate. RadCon is not affected by our stand down."
