  1. Announcements
  2. Talks at the Collaboration Meeting
    1. We have 3 spots reserved, one for the CDC and two for the FDC.
  3. FDC Update
    1. We have 6 new cathodes ready to be used to install the first half of the first package and will have another six at the beginning of the next month.
    2. Working also on two wire frames needed to finish the fourth package.
    3. The bottleneck now is the technique we will use to reduce the effect of the corrosion. A testing chamber was assembled with a cathode coated at one side with epoxy and with Kapton film+Apiezon at the other side. There's some leakage but not significant. Important is to make sure the oxygen is low enough.
    4. Beni found some really peculiar features of the fADC and VXS crate, the fADC cannot work in the lower half of the crate.
  4. CDC Update
    1. Construction is progressing smoothly, the soldering team are working on the H-ring and Gary is busy making the transport cart.
    2. When soldering is finished we plan to do a continuity check on each wire, from the pin at the downstream end to the HVB socket on the transition board. When the downstream plenum is on the CDC we will also do cosmics tests with as many channels as can be instrumented.
    3. Naomi has been working with a student to prepare a CDC start-up guide.
  5. TDR Update
    1. The CDC section has been updated.
  6. Calibrations
    1. Simon might present his FDC calibration work at the collaboration meeting.
    2. We discussed possibilities for where the CDC could be situated and instrumented in Hall D if the FDC is not ready for the CDC to go into the magnet when it arrives.
