Notes from meeting with Hall B engineers 7-Sep-2006:

- TPE coming along well, nothing new as far as we are concerned.

- Profile/veto stand mounted at junction between catwalk and steel plate, also supports He bags (not installed yet).

- Crash button stand will be shortened to railing height.

- Platform grounding begun, will connect everything to building ground. Currently only the left plate is connected to 00 Cu ground in alcove.

- Keep-away zone beneath platform now marked.

- Clean-up for run involves removing all flammables (e.g. packing crate), tools, loose equipment, etc.

- Doug Tilles will be trained on how to move the cart along with other GlueX personnel.

- Extra permanent BCAL carriage/module support will be installed on end opposite outrigger. Two jack stands will be left in the alcove to temporarily support the carriage/module when working on the permanent supports.

- Slightly modified TOSP will be submitted tomorrow to the acting Hall B leader (Mac M.) along with the other docs (ESAD, RSAD, COO). Mac will sign and give to Dennis. Additional cart maintenance/operation procedures will be added to TOSP later.

- Eric will arrive at JLab 18-Sep.
