These timelines have all been blown out of the water and are no longer useful
Below are major project milestones to use for project tracking. Most of these fall under BIA, but the 12 GeV project office requested more detailed milestones for the controls part that is covered by 12 GeV funds. Below the major set I break out the 12 GeV milestones.
Note that installation of magnet components into Hall D expected to start 31-Aug-2010. The nominal start date for actual coil testing is 1-Feb-2010, immediately after installation, reviews and controls checkout are complete.
