I did some inventory. I find 20 scintillator paddles. I also found the rig that has been used here at FIU to test individual paddles.
When just talking to Werner I further learned:
Most likely we built 50, 30 were used in the detector and 20 are spares. All 50 paddles were tested; test data were transmitted to JLab. The rig that has been used for assembly and adjustment should be at JLab.
Werner thinks that the SiPMs might have to be replaced. This would need a look at the SiPM mounts. During the previous assembly, the SiPMs were mounted and then the scintillators also adjusted.
