- Complete the tagger drawing with the expected configuration for the fall running, including all shielding. (Tim, Chuck, Elton)
- Screen of beam parameters for Hall D (Hovanes)
- Feedback on accelerator on latest ICD draft (Michael, Todd)

Minutes
Attending: Elton, Alexandre, Hovanes, Tim, Eugene, Nathan (Hall D); Michael (Ops); Curtis (CMU); Richard (UConn)
- Announcements
- New accelerator schedule with likely close up of Hall D on Oct 10.
- Action items
- Note see below for update from Richard on simulations
- Drawing. Tim says there will be an update by the end of the week
- Accelerator and Hall D Interface Document - update
- Update on Photon Commissioning (Alexandre)
- Alexandre has added a diagram with the schedule.
- Comments and feedback were made to the new diagram
- The trigger commissioning plan from Sasha needs to be folded in with this schedule.
- Beam Simulations (Richard)
- Submitted a job to simulate 1billion events to the OSG
- No diamond radiator, replaced with 10 microns of Carbon
- Boosted halo fraction to 1% (instead of 10^-5)
- Made a box on the floor underneath the microscope to determine fluxes at the SiPMs
- Added a matt 5x5m2 on the floor to determine fluxes
- So far about 2/3 complete
- Richard will report on this at the collaboration meeting
- Richard also offered time on the OSG if Pavel would like to submit jobs using a build executable. Pavel may do this when it is ready
- RadCon update (Pavel)
- Setup of archiving of averages in progress
- Need a list of EPICS variables from Alexandre and Hovanes.
- Additional shielding is needed around be beam pipe inside the labyrinth. This may not be necessary for this run, but will avoid work in that area after a beam period. Tim said that Pavel can close the loop with Keith and Neil can probably complete the needed work.
