SiPM ADC spectra. The top left panle shows the SiPM response to an arbitrary trigger (former LED-trigger). The first peak is the pedestal and the second peak is the one-photo electron peak. The top right panel shows the SiPM response corrected for background. This background comes from cosmic particles that go through the trigger scintillator generating a trigger but no light in the fiber. The raw SiPM response to the Sr90 source, the normalized background spectrum and the resulting subtracted spectrum are shown in the bottom left panel.
