Physics drivers for PAC proposal:
- Rare η
  - Focus thus far on η→π⁰γγ: new projections?
  - Projections for broader program of rare decays with FCAL-II?
- Charm:
  - What needs to be updated from LOI? Impact plots to address PAC comment on LOI: "The proposers should work with theory colleagues to achieve more realistic estimates of the uncertainty of theory predictions from both partonic and mesonic approaches, and to identify the discrimination power of the improved data quantitatively"
- Spectroscopy projections?
- Request for PAC days (100 vs 200) should be driven by these projections
Simulations studies (Simon and Igal)
- Impact of DIRC, TRD and conversion veto on rare η
  - First look
Path to hardware R&D:
- TRD hardware progress. Plans for testing in March beam time? (Lubomir)
- Optimal configuration of conversion veto detector simulations (Simon)
- FPGA algorithms: summary of studies from 2023 and discussion on improving FPGA algorithms
Trigger studies:
- Software updated to fill FCAL-BCAL energy distributions for simulations
- Need list of relevant channels to simulate and some reasonable trigger thresholds to implement
