mcneal, if bent scintillator, is that OK get a counter through working also on design of assembly jig

got st-2 board returned from fernando not tested yet gain measurement new student next week, will work on testing

start with phototube, measure gain measure a source get a number of p. e. measure with sipm number of photoelectrons, work on typical signal size need timing and amplitude information , need to do walk correction looking at low signal end change
