- Announcements
- Action Items
- Schedule, reporting, and manpower (Elton)
- Will review status next week
- SiPM production testing (everyone)
- Optical (Carl)
- Photon intensity has been calibrated
- Electronics board can now be installed once LED is attached more securely.
- Readout (Yi)
- Communication with all components
- Communication with PS is working, but interface is being finalized
- Missing a TTL->NIM translator (may need a NIM crate also).
- Optical (Carl)
- Mechanical assembly (Scot back from surgery)
- Brought in the fixture for gluing light guides. Procedures and setup were discussed
- Gluing tests can be done on the miniBcal with a thin sheet between guides and module.
- Mechanical (Jim)
- Cooling plate in shop removing shot leg of board to ease installation of cooling line
- Vacuum pump needs to be hooked up. Dave Butler has one that can be used.
- Mechanical drawings (Chuck)
- Temperature compensation (Jack)
- Design based on assuming Vop = Vbr + 1.4 V.
- Adding test voltages to board.
- First voltage to be used for checking pins before thermistor and SiPM are installed. Will installation of resistors.
- Second voltage (below breakdown) to check expected voltages (temperature dependent) after assembly including SiPMs.
- Preamp-summing (Fernando/Chris)
- "Bucket of Despair"
- Square test boards in progress. One complete and in EEL 126 test setup.
- Wedge boards waiting on Fernando to approve files before they go out for fabrication
- New resistors from Jack have been added to parts list
- U-boards have been ordered and should be received in the next few days. Tina has been checked out for soldering pins. Fixtures in progress to make assembly simpler.
- SiPM testing (Ivan)
- Waiting on signatures for laser operation.
