  1. U-boards need to be ordered for the mini-Bcal (Chris)
  2. Cables need to be ordered for the SiPM production test setup (Chris)
  3. Values of trim resistors for nominal operation to Chris (Jack). Chris to add them to the BOM.
  4. Order any missing mechanical parts for assembly of mini-Bcal (Jim)
