General information
Weekly Meetings, TBD, Hall D conference room. Held by the Run Coordinator. Present Run Coordinator: David Lawrence (Alexandre Deur returns after Thanksgiving)

Specific instructions for connecting from JLab's Hall D conference room:
- Turn polycom on if necessary (do it before turning the computer on)
- With the polycom, place a call at 199.48.152.152
- Press # to enable the polycom keypad, then enter the meeting id: 660743227 and #
- You may have to unmute the microphone: #*4
- Turn the computer on if needed

Nov. 17th 2015 meeting
- Report relevant updates from 7:50 and 8:00 daily MCC meetings:
- Accelerator plan to start circulating 12 GeV beam in the machine on Nov. 20th. Thanksgiving is still on Standby for accelerator OPS.
- Beam to Hall D is planned for Dec. 4th. It will start with beam in the tagger only for fast feedback commissioning.
- Beam is in the machine, up to 1R (first recombiner, just after East Arc).
- Problem with CHL seems fixed (the origin of the problem seems to have been to tight cable). South linac is cooled down. It seems there is a cryogen leak in a waveguide for cavity 2L12 due to a leaky window. The zone is now bypassed and warmed up for repair.
