1. Last 24h:
   • Straight tracks during the day, Justin & Sean working to debug recon and analyze the data
   • Sean got the general detector checkout done.
   • Sasha did the PS threshold scan and set up the PS trigger for Richard's uscope scan
   • Sasha set up trigger config for straight tracks excluding uscope so Richard can work independently
   • Richard's uscope scans half done, interrupted by ghost PSS button press from tagger hall, no beam from approx 9pm - 1am?
   • Lubomir's logentry
2. Issues
   • Solenoid alarm
   • PSS fault
   • GEM cable or module swap
3. Plan for today
   • After the meeting (TBD Justin), move GEM to position 2, fix electronics problem, then take more data until ~4pm?
   • Move GEM to position 3, then take more data until ~6am Friday?
4. Plan for later
   • Alexandre's comprehensive runplan now at 3-4

   • Radiation levels report from Alexandre
   • Repeated alarms for TAGH 151

Friday, Dec 6 at 08:45

1. Last 24h:
   • Collected enough straight track data for GEM at beam left, moved it to beam right during first access.
   • Other work done during access: FADC replaced on GEM/TRD.
   • GEM/TRD firmware updated between beam left and beam right running
   • Hovanes disabled the alarms on two TOF channels which have faulty HV boards

   • Spin dance likely Monday or Tuesday. We can have beam for some of this time.
   • Diamond alignment on Wednesday?
