ECAL Commissioning
The detector was installed and initially tested using the LMS in the middle of September.
Complete LV cable/panel install 10/2 - 10/9/24
Repair LMS known issues 10/7 - 10/21
Connect final HV cables 11/8* (?) - 11/14 float
Test HV controls and final 11/15 - 11/21 test LMS (fan and cooling required)
Insulate the face of the detector 11/22 - 11/26
Install LMS reference PMTs 11/22 - 12/5 (RadCon posts)
Final test of all channels 11/27 - 12/15 (fan and cooling required)
Cosmics/LMS testing 12/1 - 1/24/25 (break in of the detector. Fan, cooling required. Test temperature stability)
Is not clear whether all LG channels will be fixed by the time we start
cooling (11/15/24)

- Fixing a few fibers for the LMS (two weeks)

- Summarize the results of the divider's test using LMS after installation, prepare list of suspicious channels [1]( Iliya )
