Repairing dividers: 25 dividers have been fixed by Chris (3 have to be fixed). Checked all dividers using the test setup

Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha, All

Installation of reference PMTs and their integration into the trigger system [1] [2] [3]

Preparing for the run -- Sasha

The support of the ECAL fans has been reinforced
Need to perform the final checkout of all modules using the LMS. Waiting for Malte to finish repairing LG modules

Move the CCAL box to EEL 126
Use original CCAL dividers in the 5x5 prototype (check dividers using the test setup)

Reference PMTs for LMS installed
- Radioactive sources in place
- Optical fibers installed
- Amplitudes for LMS light adjusted to fit in same FADC range as signal from alpha source
- RadCon sticker in place + plexiglas screen to prevent inadvertent contact
- Alpha source logic in NIM integration into trigger
  - Set up veto for LED pulse
  - Optical link to trigger crate
Final detector checkout awaits completion of FCAL lead glass work and other maintenance in dark room
Space in EEL 126 set up for construction of lead glass+lead tungstate prototype to be tested in PS arm
- Plan to use COMCAL box to house 5x5 lead tungstate + 5x4 lead glass modules
Some discussion of additional storage for FCAL-2 components: outside storage? ESB?
At Calorimeter meeting decision regarding shower algorithm made: use island for insert, keep old algorithm for lead glass because could not get improvement using island algorithm in this region
